Hey what are you doing in there

I'm trying to use a program in my galaxy tab in which I'm able to edit the photo with drawing on it. I took the shark photo at a seafood restaurants and add a finger doodle of Jag in it.
Whops it's not horizontal b'coz I have no idea how to give it a nice rotate despite I did rotate in the picture file though...
